Emptees may be on the greatest tee-centric sites out there. The site features a TON of amazing designs, a lively forum and a Resources section that is actually resourceful. Here’s a quick hit list of my fave five tees that up for sale via other sites.

Sunday, July 25th, 2010TeeDay – Purple Power
Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010I’ll come right out and say it – I DIG PURPLE TEES! Most folks treat purple like an old, mangy dog but I think it’s a pretty darn awesome color. So for this installment of TeeDay, I’m going to highlight purple tees.
…Well I’m Just As Confused As You Are Availble at Threadless

T-Shirt Tuesday
Tuesday, July 28th, 2009I’m on the go-go-go but I wanted to get a post out there so let’s get rolling with this week’s turbo edition of T-Shirt Tuesday.
Twenty Questions available at MySoti

Self serving? Yes. But come on, it’s an awesome tee and belongs in your dresser drawer for those days that are filled with questions but no answers. $18
Funny Presidents available at Bang Bang T-Shirts

Seriously…this is awesome. $27
Relentlessly Awesome available at Headline Shirts

I don’t know about you, but somedays I am relentlessly awesome. $24
Old and New Ideas available at Teextile

Love the concept here. Hurry up before it’s gone forever! $12 today, $15 for the rest of the week.
T-Shirt Tuesday
Thursday, July 16th, 2009Hello? Is this thing on? Testing…testing. Oh, hi there. T-Shirt Tuesday is back and we’ve four great tees to share. Party on, Wayne.
Chewbika at Black T-Shirt

To say that I love Star Wars would be to say that dogs love to sniff each others butts. And while I’m not an avid cyclist, I enjoy getting out on my Trek and biking around my neighborhood. Chewbika takes these two things and rolls then into one great tee. Get yours for $24.
Out To Lunch/Back To Tonite at Tonite (via Glass Boutique)

When I first saw this tee, I didn’t realize it had a front and back print. Some friends and family might argue that I’m out to lunch most of the time but that’s hogwash in my opinion. I typically don’t dig brand tees but this one works. Warning: At $43, this tee isn’t for the faint of wallet.
Dino-Human Coexistence at Teach The Controversy

This might be my personal fave of the week. It’s a simple, hilarious design and available on various tee colors. Excuse me while I scour the web for some Flintstones episodes. $16 steal!
It’s all fun & games until someone brings a briefcase at Threadless

My slogan savvy comrade, Dan Maltzman (aka Maltzmania) hit a major league homerun with this hot little number. This is his fifth type tee print (congrats dude!) and at $15, it’s a dang good bargain.
T-Shirt Tuesday – Michael Jackson Edition
Friday, June 26th, 2009Say what you will about Michael Jackson – and there’s certainly a lot to say – the one honest to God truth about the man is that he made some really incredible music. Name one artist in the 20th century who weaved the magic of music and cinema together like MJ did with Thriller. While you’re racking your brain trying to come up with an answer (hint: don’t waste your time, no one comes within a country mile), here’s a handful of MJ related tees for your viewing/wearing pleasure. JAM ON!
The Iller available at Mini Cassette

I really dig the minimalist approach to this. As previously mentioned, Thriller was (is!) so huge, it’s tough to pass this one up. $22
RIP Michael Jackson available at Print Liberation

One know a Print Liberation print when you see it and this MJ memorial tee is no exception. At only $16, this is a steal.
Eating Brains, Throwing Shapes available at Threadless

Aled Lewis (aka Fatheed) knocked it out of the park with this tee. And let’s be honest, who doesn’t love a good zombie tee? Eating Brains, Throwing Shapes is sold out in most sizes right now but I think Threadless might be compelled to reprint it given yesterday’s events.
Dance Off! available at Dutch Southern

Last but not least is a tee from yours truly. MJ is joined by Teen Wolf and Young Frankenstein for a showdown of epic proportions. I own a copy of this and I assure you, it looks dead sexy. $18? Deal!
T-Shirt Tuesday
Wednesday, June 17th, 2009My wife is looking over my shoulder in an effort to speed things up so I’ll keep this week’s T-Shirt Tuesday installment brief.
SEIBEI’s work is generally awesome so it’s no surprise that Miniboss is equally (if not more) awesome. $22 for all that pixelated goodness.
The Dark Side of Doodles available at Teextile

Teextile’s a great new competition site with a tons of quality tees. WOTTO is a talented tee baron so I was happy to see his design join the Teextile collection. Act quickly as The Dark Side of Doodles will only be available through Sunday. $15.
ROK 101 available at shirt.woot

I’m a sucker for a music related design – especially when it’s of the rock variety. Crank up the good level and rok out! It’s $10 right now but it’ll be $15 after midnight tonight. Act fast!
T-Shirt Tuesday
Friday, June 12th, 2009I think I’m getting comfortable with the idea of publishing T-Shirt Tuesday on any other day than Tuesday. It makes seem like there’s an artistic vision behind my laziness. Let’s look at some tees shall we?
Carry On available at Shirt Fight

I’ve always dug Mathiole’s style and his winning design at Shirt Fight is no exception. Mixing realistic halftone images with bold hand drawn elements, Carry On is pure gold. Get it now for $13
Monalisaur available at shirt.woot

David Creighton-Pester (a.k.a. WanderingBert) is one of my favorite tee artists. His designs are fun, his style is 3 parts rad mixed with one part retro and his concepts are spot on. Monalisaur is no exception. If you missed out on the first day $10 sale, no worries. It’s still available at a reasonable $15.
1/2 Bear 1/2 Lightning available at mysoti.com

“Hey LBB, $23 for a tee? That’s a bit steep!” You’re right – it’s steep. But let’s be honest – this tee is fucking incredible. Amee Christian has skillfully combined two awesomely bad ass things and thusly created a modern masterpiece. I dare you to confront this megabeast and tell it it’s not cool enough to be on your body. Go ahead…just see what happens.
T-Shirt Tuesday
Wednesday, June 3rd, 2009Despite my best efforts, T-Shirt Tuesday is a day late. But I’ll be damned if this TST entry is a dollar short. There’s a ton of great new tees out there so let’s get this party started!
I’m actually glad I’m writing a day late otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to plug this unbelievably rad tee by Leon Ryan. There’s a shortage of awesome red shirts out there but Man vs. Music is fighting the good fight. It goes without saying that any band would be lucky to have this guy on their roster. This tee is only available for purchase today so get your rock ‘n roll ass in gear and buy your copy now!
Masters of the Universe at Designbyhumans

Rob Gould is one of my favorite tee designers in the game and his DBH tee is fantastically fun. In the battle of unicorns vs. dragons, score one for the unicorns. If you pick this up today, it’ll only run you $15. BARGAIN!
Again, all hail the red tee. Double props for the all-time classic Space Invader imagery. In my humble tee enthusiast opinion, this tee truly belongs in any video game fanboy/girl’s tee collection.
By the by, I’ve got a design up for voting at Teextile that could use your support. If you have a spare moment (and you probably do if you’ve read this whole entry), please vote for Clock Rock. Cheers!
T-Shirt Tuesday
Tuesday, April 28th, 2009Let’s jump right into this week’s selections, shall we?
Ape-ocalypse at Go Ape Shirts

$18 for this masterpiece from Leon Ryan is a steal. Go Ape always puts out good stuff.
Get Over It at No Star Clothing

As a former hurdler, I LOVE this shirt. As a dude, it saddens me that I can’t buy it. I hope the good people at No Star hear my plea. $24.
Taco Dinosaur from SEIBEI
I’m having a hard time expressing how awesome this tee is. So a smiley face will just have to do.
$21 + limited edition = buy it ASAP.
P.S. – There’s still a few days to get your photo entries in to the 1st Annual Lunchboxbrain Scavenger Hunt! Act now!
T-Shirt Tuesday
Tuesday, April 21st, 2009Hey folks! Welcome back to another installment of T-Shirt Tuesday. I’m kicking off this week’s post with some self-promotional hype. MySoti and PlayStation® Home have teamed up to sell select MySoti tees within PlayStation® Home. My tee, Turn It Up!, just so happens to be one of those select tees! Read more about this awesomely groundbreaking venture, here.
Now on with the T-Shirt Tuesday extravanganza!
Gummy Bear at Goodie Two Sleeves

This is one of those “why didn’t I think of that!?” ideas. Brilliant design for only $22.
Sushi Sacrifice at Rise and Resist Apparel

I’m not a fan of seafood, but the execution of the design and the look on the sushi’s face is classic. RANDR has some other great tees that you should check out while you’re over there. Did I mention this tee was on sale for a paltry $14? Steal!
Prepare To Meet Thy Doom at 2K Shirts

If you’ve read this blog and/or seen my work, you know that I love hand drawn type. Imagine the sheer happiness I experienced when I saw this amazing tee at 2K Shirts. It’s a little steep at $35, but sometimes you have to pay the price for greatness.
