I must blog more. I must blog more. I must blog more.
I think I need to craft some daily affirmations (a la Stuart Smalley). I find myself doing the things I should be doing one day, and then slipping the next. This is no good. I need to be on top of my game all day, every day.
So let’s consider this a first draft on my daily affirmation:
I am alive.
I am blessed.
I am grateful.
All that I need is before me and nothing else matters.
My family comes first and everything will fall into place.
Never waste the day.
I will revisit this affirmation every so often and modify as needed. Hopefully, this idea will help to keep me on my path.
It’s two days lat but it’s time for Haiku Wednesday!
