    TGIF, everyone! This week, I wanted to do something a little different for Freebie Friday.

    In addition to being a graphic artist, I also love music. And while the design side of Lunchboxbrain has been humming along nicely, I’m planning on pushing out some more music-related projects.   • Freebie Friday – Custom-Made Hi-Res 11×17 Background Texture

    Attention graphic designers, digital artists, lovers of free stuff – welcome to the first Freebie Friday post of 2014. I made a feeble attempt at hooking designers up with free design resources in 2013 but I’m determined to make it up to fellow artists in 2014. The idea is simple – every Friday (aka Freebie Friday), I’ll post a design resource that you might be able to use in your own work. Lord knows I’ve taken full advantage of the free resources out there so it’s only appropriate that I start giving back.

    Today’s Freebie Friday design resource is a custom-made 11×17 texture (.psd format). The file has four layers – background, three textures and a color fill layer – all of which can be modified as you see fit.
